Just For U

with this title, want to give a big clap for myself as i have succeeded in making the "present" for me dear..hehe^^

this idea was given by one of my part-time-colleague in kindergarten..she asked me to bake cake loh, and the only cake i know is cheese cake..yet, this a little bit pure cheese cake i did not try to do before, so i quickly asked for the recipe from my cousin as she is very good in baking cakes =)

i tried 2 times in making the cheese cake, and when it was the time to make the cake, i ruined the 3rd cake, so it turned up i have to do the 4th one.luckily i made the 4th one coz it is the most delicious!!

i m not exaggerating, give myself 90%^^

actually, the cake is quite easy to make~~

prepare the ingredients above~~digestive biscuits(100g), butter黄油(50g), cream cheese(250g), eggs(2), fine sugar(50g), whipping cream(60g), dark chocolate(70g) and topping whipping cream(60ml)

firstly, crush the digestive biscuits, will be more easy if use a plastic bag~~

then, melted the butter by using the way like the picture above, by using water, u wont melt your ingredients until "chao da"~~hahah

then, u can pour one or 2 drops of oil into the mold and spread evenly~~after that, u mix the crushed digestive biscuits and the melted butter together and stir evenly~~

when the mixture is ok, den u pour into the mold and press the mixture hard so that to be sticked to the mold, and this is the base for the cheese cake =)

then, put the base into the fridge for about 30 minutes~~

then, by using the same way to melt the cream cheese, after the cheese is melted, add in the fine sugar and mix them evenly~~

after that, u can use a blender to blend the mixture with eggs and whipping cream..add the eggs first but adding the eggs separately then only the whipping cream..blend the whole thing evenly~

take out the base from the fridge, pour the mixture into the mold..then u can preheat your oven~~

at the same time, cover the outer surface of the mold with aluminium paper~~

after the oven is preheated, put your mold into the oven, set the oven to down the fire,160 degree Celsius for about an hour, u can have a look on the cake after 40-50 minutes, check whether it is ok ady or not to prevent overcooked~~

then, take out the cake and let it be cooled~~

then u can melt the dark chocolate now by using the same method as above steps~~then, add in the topping whipping cream and mix them evenly~~

pour the chocolate mixture into the mold as the top of the cheese cake =)

let it cool before put into the fridge for 3-4 hours~~

TADA!!! There is my cheese cake!!! XD

the is the trial, so i gave it only 50 marks nia coz the base was too fragile, cheese was not smooth enough and the chocolate a bit too thick and my mold was too wide :(

anyway, i know there is one thing---PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!!

i made the 2nd biji!!! and i tried some new thing, decoration of the top of the cake---MIckey XD

had my draft first~~

yet, it is not easy u know!! i ruined the eyes, my sista said i was making the sunglasses for the MIckey..hehe

finally, it was the day to make the cake!! but, the cake was damaged by me~~i turned the cake out from the mold before it is cooled enough..nearly cried out that time!!! furthermore, i have no more time to bake another new one coz my dear wanted to bring me to Malacca in the afternoon~~so ppl pls dont follow my mistakes again ya!!!

but the outfit is really beautiful lah!! 

poorly i still decided to bake another new one in the next morning--the 4th cheese cake!!!

but luckily, i made the 4th one as this is better from the previous one!! and i know my hand skill is not that prefect to make the mickey so i got another idea for my topping..hehe^^

yeah, i know i m late enough to talk about this post..my schedule is full of evrything now~~furthermore, when i got the time to blog but my modem was broken down by the thunder last week and i could not online for almost 5 days..that time was really tourturing..when i could not online, i was like nothing can i do and what can i do when came back from kindergarten :(

anyway, I enjoyed JUNE very very much!!! I did lots of thing and the life is meaningful!!!!

Early of June, went to SG with my grandma, stayed at my uncle's place and met one of my BFF--Vler~~
I concluded my trip with one sentence----I LOVE SG!!! hehe^^

          

after came back from SG, then i registered my yoga class~~YOGA is really good!! i sweat a lot in evry class i attended!!! One thing i have to admit is my balancing is very very lousy!!! really an imbalanced girl >.<

especially this kind of balancing makes me surrender easily~~

Celebrated Father's Day in Secret Recipe~my day's pose is really funny lah~~evrytime take his picture, he is always like that..swt for him~~and i m the host for this meal..pok gai liao~~

              

Yup, i started my job in kindergarten as a pre-sch tcher~~i teach 3 and 4-year-old kids..and give tuition for standard 1 students..my first week in the kindi really busy, not because of busy taking care of the children but busy of running up and down due to the unfamiliar time-table..and now, i m an EXPERT XD

at here, celebrated birthdaysssss for more than 5 times ady~~those kids are really 幸福~~

Finally, went to Malacca with my family to visit my brother, to give my brother his 21-gold-key necklace...i sponsored RM50 for my mum to buy the key, after bought it then only i noticed mine was bought in this year how come his need to buy in the same year with mine?? he is only 20 this yr!! at last, nevrmind la, just give him as lunar 21st birthday loh XD

And my sister wanted to buy the textbook for her form-6-study~~

this stack of books cost us almost RM300 after 10% less~~in that stack, got 2 books are  mine..hehe^^

this book quite nice..got aother writer-橘子, but no more stocks for this book..haizzz

this is the other book--BETRAYED..this is the second book and i not yet start to read coz i m waiting for the first book from my hubby as i asked him to help me to buy in JB as no more stocks in Malacca's Popular~~

after 2 days, my brother went back from Malacca...

this is the shoes for Father Day's present from my borther..my dad needs them for work~~

this is my JUNE story..and this JULY will be full of surprises~~hehe^^

birthday month of my hubby =)
