Singapore Day 1

1st da, i woke up at 8am something..get myself prepared and went out to have breakfast near the food court in the condo where we are staying~~

we walked there about 10 minutes, ordered our food...lots of choices to choose, i also dint know how to choose but the yong tauhu seems nice to eat, then i ordered dat one with mee~~i couldnt finish the mee, my uncle said maybe that waitress saw me like a China girl, so she gave me more than usual portion >.<

breakfast of 4 adults and 1child =)

after breakfast, we went back then time to go out liao~~haha

1st destination---Chinatown

the street is full of cultures~~although the outside of the building is looked like baba nyonya style, but inside is very moden one!!

up one is one type of toy that will swim itself when put it in the water, it looks like playing the ball in the water~~sown one is a plant, when u pour water on the top of the doll, it will grow plants~~both thing are so cute..LOlss

then we moved on to this temple..really a huge temple with 5 storeys~~cause i was wearing my shorts, so i needed to cover my bottom part with the scarf as a respect to Buddha~~

the interior is sooo nice!!! the design is superb!! lots of ppl were chanting scriptures in front of the big Buddha~~the view is honourable~~

there was a library in one of the storeys too..some antiques were donated by other ppl to be put inside the temple..there is a part for the history of building up this temple..billionssss of ppl donated for it~~

there is also a lucky wheel in one part..ppl believe that making your wish while turning the wheel, u will have achieve ur wish~~

spent bout 2 hours in this temple~~then we went for lunch but the well-known chicken rice shop not yet opened when we went there so we had some desserts first =)

this dessert shop is very popular too!! 3 shops join together for this old shop sign and lots of ppl were there when we reached!!

we ordered some of the famous desserts and some snacks---guai ling gou,hong kong dumpling which got added with brown rice, mango sago with pomelo and yam cake~~all of them are yummy yumy^^

then we moved to Marina Barrage~~

i hope this kind of place we can find in Malaysia~~this place is really nice to bring ur children or with school-mates to hv picnic, kiting and etc here~~

5 starts for this place!!! we can observe the casino, singapore flyer from here too~~one of the kite i like the most is the squid shape..really cute lay weyyy~~hahah

some scenery from here~~i saw ppl came here for bride-shooting and graduate shooting too!!

dinner we da bao the chicken rice that it was not yet ready when we went before desserts..forget to take the picture of it..but thumb up for it too, and a bit different with i had in KL and Segamat..LOLss

for the first day---i can conclude that i m really tired of taking the MRT in SG >.<
